The California Association of Collectors has both a legal counsel and a legislative advocate to monitor current issues and advocate on the behalf of the membership. ACA International maintains a continuous watch over legislation on the national level as well. Hundreds of bills are introduced every legislative session that could impact the collection business. CAC has an impressive track record of protecting our member's interests in the legislature.
