Title: Who’s Watching You: What You Need to Know About California’s Privacy Laws

Description: The California Consumer Privacy Act is effective now!  Do you need to give privacy notices to consumers?  To your employees?  If so, what does the privacy notice need to say?  Who needs to get the privacy notice?  Do I need a privacy policy and if so, where does it need to be published? What do I do when I get a request for information?  What information do I need to provide?  Someone is asking me to delete?  Do they mean delete credit reporting?  Delete information from my database?  How am I supposed to collect if I delete information?  Help is on the way.  All this and more will be discussed in this webinar.

Presenters: June Coleman and Brit Suttell
