About the Speaker:

Mike is a partner at Malone Frost Martin PLLC, a boutique firm with a national presence. He leads the firm’s regulatory, compliance and virtual general counsel services. Mike provides counsel, consultation, complex transactional and litigation defense services to collection agencies, law firms, credit reporting agencies, data providers, creditors and various other businesses focused the Account Receivable Management (ARM) industry.

Mike has vast experience in the ARM industry, have held various leadership and executive management roles. His unique experience and understanding of operational and technical aspects of the ARM business allows him to provide consultative services that are not available at most law firms.

Mike has represented companies through examinations and civil investigation demands conducted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and various other regulatory entities. Mike served on the ACA International Board of Directors for two consecutive terms and received the Unit Leader of the Year Award in 2013, Member Attorney Program Designee in 2014, Judicial Advocacy Award in 2018 and Member of the Year in 2019.
